This scholarship was established by Kiwanis Anacortes Noon Club Foundation.  Kiwanis focus is “Serving the Children of the World”.  This scholarship is to honor the memory of Ed Norton.  Ed was a dedicated member of the Kiwanis Noon Club. Ed was the inspiration and “founder” of the Kiwanis Thrift Shop. A Kiwanian life member, he served as Lt. Governor for the Pacific NW District as well as president of his local club. He received the Outstanding President Award, Hickson Award and recognition in his name through a clinic in Tanzania.

Selection criteria

  • Anacortes graduate, not limited by gender.
  • GPA between 2.75-3.75
  • SAT between 1000-1400
  • FASFA EFC between $5,000-14,000
  • For a student pursuing a 4-year degrees
